In large organizations, different operational teams strive to organize and monitor their Key metrics so that they can make good decisions. But many a times, a single user or analyst may not be able to create and develop a design that can be accessed across the board.
The KPI tile component has been leveraged to highlight the various attributes for the KPI such as an Overall Percentage, 13-month trend line, Department Tag, Variance and Target with conditional formatting indicating their status good, neutral or bad. The Filter button on the top right corner serves as a Global filter that helps focus on a specific Calendar period, Region or Product type.
Furthermore, the next level of functionality is provided to conduct a detailed analysis of every high level KPI. Each KPI tile is clickable and leads to a detailed screen. The Detail Screen displays metrics that fall under the high level KPIs on the Summary screen. The user can visualize their individual trends which can be helpful in strategic decision making.
